Our process starts with intake questions and a strategy call to understand your unique needs and connect on a more human level.
Once we’ve identified your key focus areas, I’ll send you a link to sign up for online coaching while I get to work on your program.

You'll receive a comprehensive program, integrating several elements to ensure you’re building a well-rounded foundation for long-term growth:
strength training
qualities (e.g. mobility) and skills (e.g. handstands)
nutrition guidelines
race strategy
mental preparation
journaling
breathwork

I want you to feel as clear and enthusiastic about your training as possible, so I support you in two main ways:
ongoing feedback to your videos and/or questions (within 36 hours)
from 1 to 4 video calls per week depending on your needs
Pricing
There are several options depending on your goals and timeframe. If you’re unsure which option is best for you, we can chat about it on our video call.
4-week block = $200
12-weeks (3 x 4 week blocks) = $570
16-week (4 x 4 week blocks) = $720
20-week (5 x 4 week blocks) = $850
